Delivery We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All goods are dispatched within two working days of us receiving your order. Goods will be sent to the address given by you at the time of your order and as stated in the confirmation email.

Undelivered orders We aim to dispatch within two working days of receiving your order, however we occasionally experience unforeseen delays in delivery. However, books and magazines can be sent to other territories. If your delivery address is outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. Your returned book pack should be received by Slimming World within seven working days of notification to us that it has been damaged.

Package the slip, any delivery notes and the books securely and send them to us at the address below. You will then be able to buy a replacement book pack from our e-shop. This is limited to one replacement book pack per member. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the damaged book pack to us. Your statutory rights are not affected. Your right to cancel your order If you buy a magazine subscription, books or Hi-fi bars you have 15 working days, beginning on the day you receive the goods, to cancel the order.
