However, you will have to buy Dust of Disappearance to re-glyph a slot. The pre-level 80 version of this item can be bought for 40 silver without faction discounts per 5 that is 8 silver per piece from the Inscription Suppliers such as this guy, in the Mage Quarter of Stormwind, in the part facing the canals and the Stockade.

Or do you just have to figure out what you want, pick by 80, and that's that? I wouldn't think so, as everything seems to change at least a little with each expansion. OK great, you would think that the next step would be to go to the glyph book and apply the vanishing powder to the glyph you want to replace, right? No such luck. The only thing present in the glyph book is a small icon below where the list on the right should be telling me that I have one vanishing powder. Please check any which apply: This information isn't relevant to my issue. This article is unclear or poorly written. I have tried the suggested steps but they didn't work. I'm frustrated by Blizzard's process or policy.

That said, my Holy spec is still using the old animation despite it not showing as glyphed, but using the talent Sanctified Wrath. As they say in Suramar… something is not quite right. I will report it as a bug and suggest you do the same, use the help tool in game and choose submit a bug.
If I recall from the patch notes, some glyphs are class wide and I suspect that perhaps it is not removing from all specs when you use the powder.
